Travel offers inspiration
The idea for the character and the main themes of Druppy in de wereld vol kleuren - discovering the beauty of colors and nature - was born during a trip of the author through Europe. Sander Cruz received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. He lives and works as a graphic designer, illustrator and multimedia artist in Taguig City in the Philippines, with his wife and daughter, cats and dog. Druppy in the world of colors is his first book, but there are plenty of ideas for next adventures.
A translation, titled Dewy in the World of Colors is available as an ebook.
