Poortugaal -November 17: Autumn, the season when leaves turns golden, nights getting darker, breeze becoming colder and candles being lit. This is the time to settle down in a comfy and just relax…. This is also a perfect time for a soiree! ……to be with good friends and party!!!
Last November 17, organized by the Filipino Catholic Community of Rotterdam an Autumn Soiree took place at the Cultural Centrum De Brinkhoeve in Poortugaal. A fund raising shindig, families, friends and supporters of FCCR gathered to enjoy an evening of disco and everything that goes with it.
Among the guests were officers of the different organizations such as BISDAK (Bisayang Dako Sa Netherland), Bayanihan, FCCR Gouda, Samahang Pilipino sa Holland and Stichting Kapitbahayan who showed their support the cause of the soiree. Beautiful ladies and gentlemen in their party clothes ready to swing to the music and join the jubilation. The entire hall was full with enthusiastic party goers of all ages having the best times of their lives – chatting, giggling, dancing and rocking the night
away.
Everybody is in the mood to dance all night long in this Autumn Soiree!
To recall it was more than 7 years ago that FCCR last organized a fund raising party. Such a long time and friends just can’t wait to be there where their next action is. And that night, party goers were not disappointed. With non-stop disco music provided by the Asean Beat and lots of lottery prizes spicing up the evening even more--- the night was perfect!
What a great evening that was! Friends and guests were enjoying the soiree ‘til the midnight hour.
A salute to the Filipino Catholic Community Of Rotterdam (FCCR) for this very successful fund raising Autumn Soiree. Well organized, magnificently coordinated and everything taken cared of….you did it FCCR!... Kudos!
