Every year, popular Dutch radio channel 3FM spends a week in December on their Serious Request campaign. During this week they raise money for one of the causes of the Netherlands Red Cross.
This year they are focusing on three different themes, one of which is protection from natural disasters. The focus for this portion of this campaign is on the Philippines . The money raised for the campaign will go towards helping people recover from natural disasters but also making them more resilient so the impact of future ones is less severe.
We want to make the Dutch public aware of what the situation is like in the Philippines, which is why we are looking for Filipinos in the Netherlands that can help us tell that story.
