FILCREA TO HOLD GALA INDUCTION ON NOVEMBER 10, 2018

Larry Bercasio, president of the Filipino - Canadian Real Estate Association (FILCREA)  announced that the association will hold its' gala induction on November 10, 2018 at the Delta Hotels By Marriott Toronto East  located at 2035 Kennedy Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Bercasio cited that FILCREA  is now 13 years old as it was recognized on January 23, 2005 as a non profit volunteer driven business organization.

FILCREA has been mandated to be the voice of all real estate representatives and brokers in the Greater Toronto Area and the province of Ontario\on all issues concerning the Filipino-Canadian real  estate community.

Bercasio pointed out that FILCREA will absolutely follow the principles and code of ethics of the Toronto Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Council of Ontario.

Aside from Bercasio, the other officers of the Filipino - Canadian Real Estate Association include Arlene Martirez, vice president for membership; Jennifer Camachim, vice president for publicity / public relations; Resty Ragrario, vice president for special projects; Benny Jose vice president for constitution and by-laws; Lourdes Antazo, secretary; Emelie Co Sy, treasurer.

The directors are Rubi Talavera, Willie Reodica, Victor Salazar, Tony Arroyo, Ramon Cezar, Eva Agpaoa, Rosemarie Ami, Alene Barcia, and Richard Fababeir.

President Bercasio commended the men women that comprises the Filipino-Canadian Real Estate for their continuing commitment and sypport to the vision and ideals of the association.
