Toral Girl urges Filipino-Canadian yourth to participate in community events

The young Toral is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Universdad de Sta. Isabel in Naga City, Camarines Sur.

She is the daughter of Adolfo P. Toral, a businessman and Leticia P. Toral, a professional nurse who are from Tigaon and Nabua, Camarines Sur.
