On the 20 July 2010 MARITON AIR TRAVEL Putsebocht 126b te Rotterdam went bankruptcy.
Many people through the Netherlands lost money because they did not receive their tickets.
Because MARITON has been situated in Rotterdam this arrondisement (Openbaar Ministerie OM) start with a investigation.
Detective sergeant Mr. P.J. van Hengel is the investigator and started to collect all the files / declarations (aangiften) and made contact with the curator mr. Loeff, Mw. Tessa Malalo-An Fabiosa, her lawyer and the airplane companies and this week to prosecutor Mr. H. de Kort.
Because there are many people involved in this case it is impossible to inform everybody in person.
At the end of the investigation all people who made declarations (aangiften) at a police station in Netherlands get a slachtofferformulier after the investigation has been finished. This will take some more months, it will not be ready tomorrow because investigation has lot of partners which has to generate information the police have to use.
To make the communication faster en keep people informed from now till the end I want to ask to send their e-mail addresses to
so I can inform everybody if necessary.
