Toronto Kapuso Lions Club Inducts New Members

Attended by about 140 Lions and guests, the event was graced by the presence of Keynote Speaker, the Hon. Orontes V. Castro, Philippine Consul General to Toronto. Eight new members were inducted into the Lions Club family by Special Guest, Lions District A-711 Governor, Lion Sandy Savitree Heeralal-Judhan,
The new Lion inductees were presented by Toronto Kapuso Lions Club President, Mario Alpuerto, and Charter President and current Service Director, Manny Yanga. The inductees are Frons Barraquio, Lawrence Camaya, Alison Chan, Daisy Famadico, Joel Famadico, Ellen Galorport, Malcolm Ponnayan, and Chona Stinson. Ophelia Valdez and Atty. Ferdinand Perez Robes could not make it to the event and will be inducted at a later time.
The Club is currently finalizing plans and service activities for the Lion year 2022
