Canada Region delegation at Knights of Rizal USA 7th Regional Assembly at Las Vegas

The newly appointed Canada Regional Commander, Sir Joe Damasco, KGOR, headed the Canada Region delegation who attended the Knights of Rizal USA’s 7th Regional Assembly in Las Vegas, Nevada last August 31, 2018 up to September 2, 2018 at the Luxor Hotel & Casino. The theme of the Assembly was ‘Dr. Rizal’s Legacy: Love of God & Country, Integrity and Tenacity’.The Assembly was collaborated jointly and hosted by the USA Western Area Command of Nevada and Arizona Chapters, under the leadership of  USA Regional Commander and Overseas Representative, Sir Francis D. Sison, KGCR. Sir Dante Ulanday, KCR is the Area Commander for Nevada and Sir Ruben Reventar, KCR is the Area Commander for Arizona.

Leading those who attended the event were the Knights of Rizal Supreme Commander Sir Elihu A. Ybanez, KGCR,  Past Supreme Commander Jeremias C. Singson, KGCR, and  Supreme Auditor Sir Marlon F. Tagorda, KGOR. Those in attendance also had the pleasure of meeting Maureen Fernandez, who took care of the administration side of the Knights of Rizal Headquarters in Manila.

The 3-day event focused on the mandate of the Rizalian Order to uphold and promote the life and teachings of Dr. Jose Rizal in social media in our modern society and make it relevant to the millennial generation. (St. Jamestown News Service)*********
