Rizal Canada's First Chapter Commander, Sir Tony Doctor, KGCR : Rest  In  Peace

Rizal Canada Region Commanders conducted Necrological Service in Windsor, Ontario for  Sir Tony Doctor, KGCR. The late Sir Tony is the commander of the first Rizal Chapter in Canada, in Windsor,  founded  during the term of  the late Supreme Commander Elias Lopez, KGCR. Sir Tony  Hosted  the first Rizal International Assembly, held in Windsor in 1990.

Sir Tony formed the first  Rizal Chapter in GTA Toronto, where he inducted the late Sir Emiliano Silverio to KCR   In R.Y. 2000, Sir Tony Doctor, KGOR, was assigned as the Supreme Council Coordinator for Canada, and became the Canada Region Commander. Since then, the number of Rizal Chapters in Canada increased to 15.

The Neccrological Sevice  at Windsor Funeral Home was led by Sir Lapulapu Cana, KGCR. They extended  their condolence to Lady Bernie Doctor. and family.
