Amb. Petronila Garcia and Con Gen Rizalina C. Prospero Inaugurated Sentro Rizal in Toronto

Consul General Rosalita C. Prospero signed the MOU with Hon. Virgilio Almario, Chairman of the NCCA, to establish Sentro Rizal in the 16th Floor of the Consulate Offices in Toronto on the 12th day of May, 2018.




Ambassador Petronila Garcia cut the ribbon at the entrance with Consul General and Hon. Virgilio Almario, NCCA Chairman. NCCA representatives explained the purpose of this Rizal Centro, which will be open to the public soon.



Several dignitaries from the Torono Filipino Community witnessed the opening ceremonies. Joel Ayala entertained the guests and dinner was served by the Consular Office.
