Knights of Rizal Scarborough Chapter Holds Christmas Party

The Knights of Rizal, Scarborough Chapter, headed by its' commander and deputy commander, Sir Aristeo (Bert) Mondragon and Sir Virgilio (Vir) Amante respectively together with immediate past chapter commander Sir Manny Yanga held a Christmas Party on December 12, 2015 at the Lee Centre Party Room in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.
The affair was graced by Canada Knights of Rizal Regional Commander Sir Jaime Marasigan, Deputy Regional Commander
Sir Ed Prillo, the Rizal Canada Region Action Officer Sir Mauro Calaguio, Jr., including the regional Ladies of Rizal represented by Ladies Thelma (Bing) Marasigan and Ining Calaguio.
The Auxzilliary Rizal ladies of Scarborough were present with ladies Nellie Mondragon , Amy Amante, Josie Aseret, Becky Paragas, Helen Balgos, Angie Luzadas, Opring Huerto, Agnes de las Alas, and Maria Concepcion.
Also present were Sir Frank Plata Crawford of Etobicoke Chapter, Sir Mario Alpuerto and Sir Jojo Taduran of Dimasalang Chapter.
The other men comprising the Rizal Scarborough Chapter include: Sir Joe Sison Luzadas, Sir Leo Huerto, Sir Cris Concepcion, Sir Doner Aseret, Jaime Rara, Dong Mineque, Sir Roy Mina, and Sir Sol de las Alas.
In the meantime, the celebration of the 119th matyrdom of Dr.Jose P. Rizal will be held on December 30, 2015, infront of the statue of the Philippines' National Hero, with a wreath laying by Philippine General Rosalita Prospero to be assisted by Canada Regional Commander Sir Jaime Marasigan, Deputy RegionalCommander Sir Ed Prillo, and Ontario Area Commander Sir Joe Damasco.
On hand during the occasion are former Regional Commanders Sir George Poblete and Sir Lapulapu Canada and former Deputy Regional Tom Virey.
Members of the Rizal Youth Group will be actively participating in all events of the Knights of Rizal Canada Region. it is being chaired by Sir Frank Plata Crawford and Sir Mario Alpuerto.
All Rizal Chapters in Canada will have their own events for the commemoration of the 119th martyrdom of Dr. Jose P.Rizal. (St. Jamestown News Service)*********
