Three fishermen who allegedly forced to go fishing despite coast guard warning were reported dead.Sketchy report reaching the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) identified the fisherfolk as Rommel Villarba, 30; Jojo Edusora, 26 and Sylvio Edusora, 28, all of Barangay Capunglawon, Panganiban, Camarines Norte.
According to OCD regional director, Bernardo r. Alejandro iv, chair of the regional disaster risk reduction & mitigation council, DSID report was received by OCD at 11;45 am today (July 15.2014) while typhoon Glenda is nearing the region.
