APCO empowers migrants and refugees

Aimed to empower recently arrived migrants from diverse communities and refugees who are 16-50 years old, male and female who are actively looking for work but can not avail of the services of Job Services Australia, this community development project of APCO consists of Job seeking workshops, provision of relevant information to enable the participants understand the Australian workplace and the services available for them to access. These components of the project are delivered on a group setting every Wednesdays from 10: am to 12:00 pm. Also provided is a one-on-one support or mentoring every Thursday from 10:00 am -12:00 pm. Participants will have access to computers and a printer and tea and coffee will be provided.
This “Fill in the Gap” project of APCO is funded by DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club and supported by Auburn Small Community organisation Network and Auburn City Council. Expressions of Interest should be sent to
