As in the previous years, 2014 was another great year for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) Run for the Cure
None of it would have been possible without the support of participants and volunteers from all Canadian Provinces and Cities, and people from all walks of life. 127,000 participants and volunteers came together on Run day and through the support of generous donors raised over $25 million for innovative breast cancer research, health education, and advocacy initiatives throughout Canada. Winnipeg Manitoba is one of the cities where this run/walk was held yesterday, October 5, 2014.
