Toronto Golden Vision Lions Club Sets Second Mini Concert For A Cause

Purposefully aimed at generating funds for donation to two targeted charities, the Toronto Golden Vision Lions Club is sponsoring anew a second "Mini Concert For A Cause" on September 30, 2017, Saturday, 3:00 -7:00 pm. at 233 Pharmacy Avenue, Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario.
Fresh from its successful event in March, 2017, TGV Lions Club is sponsoring and spearheading again this talent- laden musical event. The afternoon concert will feature notable and up-and- coming Filipino Canadian singers, dancers and entertainers. Conida Marie Halley, and Celine Grey, beauty titlists of Miss Philippines PIDC 2015 and PIDC 2016 respectively, and singer John Alix will jointly host the charity event.
As a remarkable player and participant in the Filipino Canadian community, TGV Lions Club headed by president Randy Bucao, will once again contribute reasonably its proceeds to
Covenant House-Toronto to benefit homeless youths and as well, to
Lions Club International Foundation for its global charitable initiatives.
The Toronto Golden Vision Lions Club, founded in 1994, is a member of the 70 - club
District A 711 Lions Club in the GTA and the century-old
Lions Clubs International. LCI, established in 1917, is the largest service organization in the world with 1.4 million members in 210 countries and geographic areas globally.
The current Club members are : chartered president Mario Cabarios and wife Elva, club secretary & past president Paul Sollano, immediate past president Greg Velasco, club treasurer Marilyn Allanigue - Velasco and Lions Abelardo Diestro, Julita Facunla, Perfecto Facunla, Exequiel Rabanillo and Tony A. San Juan.
Tickets are sold at $ 10 and early confirmation & payments entitled individuals and groups to reserved seats.
