Naiuwi ng Patriots ang tropeyo pagkatapos nilang talunin ang Eagles ng isang puntos sa kanilang huling bakbakan na ginanap sa Sheraton Hotel Basketball Court noong ika-15 ng Pebrero. Ang nasabing laro ay agad naman sinundan ng awarding ceremony na pinasimunuan ni Leo Rivera.
Bukod sa Patriots at Eagles na nakapagtala ng una at pangalawang puwesto, hindi naman nagpahuli ang Yello KKB at Violet Dragons para sa ikatlo at ikaapat na puwesto. Naiuwi naman ni Christopher Dimaculangan ng Red Patriots and MVP, Jun Frugal (White Dream Dadz) ang Rookie of the Year, Jayvee Jimenez (Orange Flying Dragonz) ang Most Improved Player, Rey Ginez (White Dream Dadz) bilang Sportsmanship Award, Best Coach naman para kay Bert Herrera at Best Manager si Alfred Gutierrez na parehong Red Patriots. Ipinagkaloob naman sa White Dream Dadz ang Best Sportsmanship Team award.
