Ang Noon at Ngayon – ni Felisa Ramos Valenzuela ay naglalahad ng kanyang mga nakita at naranasang pagbabago ng kaugalian sa ating bayan, pagkaraan ng mahigit ng 50 taon. Isinulat niya ito noong 1995 sa gulang na 77 taon habang nagbabakasyon sa amin dito sa Netherlands at nalathala sa Munting Nayon magazine ng naturang taon.

Si Felisa “Ising” ay ipinanganak sa Kalibo, Aklan. Nang siya ay13 taon lumipat ang kanyang pamilya sa Maynila. Sa Far Eastern University siya nagaral ng high school at inilagay siya sa accelerated class, para sa matatalino, dahil sa halip na apat na taon tatlong taon lang ang high school. Nagtapos siya na nangunguna pa rin sa klase.
