After successful launch last year, OMNI Television has brought back the Blue Jays Pinoy Edition for its 2nd season. The show started mid-season last year with Mara Aquino as host and Charles de Torres and Coach Mike Cruz as commentators, Kevin Yearwood as producer and under the leadership of Charmaine Wong, Tom Hildebrandt and Manuel Fonseca .

2018 Blue Jays Pinoy Edition Broadcast Team

The broadcast was well received by the Filipino Canadian community and congratulates the BJPE team for a job well done. We find the Blue Jays Pinoy broadcast intriguing initially and very entertaining afterwards. It was such an honor to have the baseball game broadcast tailored to our own community and we really love it mentioned by Ben Rondilla, a regular follower of the show.

Started this April the show will broadcast all Toronto Blue Jays Sunday games with new host Andy Aquino with mainstay Charles de Torres, Coach Mike and latest addition Senen Salacup. Thus this season Filipino baseball enthusiast will be able to enjoy more games being broadcast in Filipino language.
