Sir Joe Damasco has named with the concurrence of the officers of the Rizal Canada Regional Council officers with the appointment of Sir Dr. Romy Sinajon, KGOR as overall coordinator of the educationa; forum about Dr. Jose.P. Rizal which will start sometime in June 2019 before the birthday celebration of the birth anniversary of the Philippine National Hero.
