THE 27TH MISS PHILIPPINES AUSTRALIA AND CHARITY QUEEN AUSTRALIA FESTIVAL BEAUTY PAGEANT TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 5 2015

The 27th Miss Philippines Australia and Charity Queen Australia Festival Beauty Pageant will be held in Fairfield Showground, Praieriewood NSW, on Monday 5 October 2015.
Bankstown NSW, 8 August 2015- Philippines Australian Sports and Culture Club (PASC) and the Pageant Committee, launched today the 27th MISS PHILIPPINES AUSTRALIA and CHARITY QUEEN AUSTRALIA Festival Beauty Pageant. Candidates for the 2015 Miss Philippines Australia and Charity Queen were presented.

Coronation and highlights of the Festival Beauty Pageant will be held at Fairfield Showground, Praieriewood NSW, on the long weekend Monday, 5 October 2015,

The Miss Philippines Australia and Charity Queen Australia is the biggest, longest and most exciting beauty pageant in the whole of the Australian Filipino community It is for women single ages from 16-25 years old of Filipino ancestry and a mix of other cultures as a result of Filipino marriages from the multicultural society in Australia. Modern in a sense for the modern women of today and the pageant offers and creates a positive platform for who we are in this century and make a positive contribution to Australia and the Philippines through partnerships with charities, sponsors, families and friends. The Festival Beauty Pageant empowers women to be confident, developing at the same time their personal and professional career ambitions. Winners in the Festival Beauty Pageant personally distribute our charity donations and visit supported institutions and scholarships programs at universities thus engaging and ennobling positive changes and enriching lives of our recipients. They are women who exemplifies the modern day generation “Y” and also enriching themselves of the culture of their parents and ancestors.
ABOUT PHILIPPINES AUSTRALIA SPORTS AND CULTURE (PASC) CLUB
Philippines Australia Sports and Culture (PSC) Club is a non-profit organisation. It is legally registered and holds licence to run Fiesta Kultura. Officers are elected every 2 years and render service voluntarily without pay.
Recognised by the Australian and Philippine Governments for its meritorious and humanitarian services. Recipient and so far the only organisation that won the prestigious NSW Multicultural marketing Award for non-profit organistion for its Fiesta Kultura Throughout the year sporting and cultural activities are held.
PASC is in partnership with many Filipino Australian organisations state and interstate. It salutes and dedicates all these activities and recognitions to the numerous groups and associations and businesses who support and the Filipino community in general.

Modern single women 16 to 25 years old from Filipino ancestry have joined the
27th Festival Beauty Pageant Miss Philippines Australia and Miss Charity Queen which offers and creates a positive platform for who they are in this century and make positive contribution through partnerships with charities, sponsors, families and friends. Philippines Australia Sports and Culture (PASC) Incorporated a non-profit
organisation which organises the longest, biggest, most exciting beauty pageant in the whole of the Filipino community in Australia says that the activity empowers women to be confident, developing at the same time their personal and professional career ambitions. The candidates exemplify the modern day generation and also enrich themselves of the culture of their parents and ancestors. The modern women candidates develop also their sense of humanitarian services as they go and visit different charitable institutions in the Philippines and in some instances disaster places ravaged by storms and typhoons.
Winners of the 2015 Miss Philippines Australia and Miss Charity Queen distribute the charity donations raised from the beauty pageant, visit recipient institutions and meet students receiving scholarships.
There are other titles to be won at the festival beauty pageant such as Miss Popularity or The People’s Choice for everyone can vote either by online at the Miss Philippines Australia website and by the ballot found at the souvenir program by dropping the ballot at the box not later then 4pm on the day of the 27
th Fiesta Kultura, Monday 5 October 2015 at Fairfield Showground, Praeriewood NSW. Photographers also select the Most Photogenic, candidates vote for the Miss Friendship and of course the panel of judges determine the coveted Miss Philippines Australia and the highest fund raiser gets the Miss Charity Queen title.
