Background info :

This Beauty Pageant is a multicultural beauty pageant that empowers mature aged women from diverse backgrounds who are encouraged to raise funds and awareness of charities and those less fortunate than ourselves.

In 2006,  Ms. Salubre established a business called Salubre Models International and  now conducts and sponsors the Miss Australasia Official Beauty Pageant, which will be an annual event that commenced last on 6th June 2015 at the Sydney Hilton and she intends to progress to international events to be convened in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and Japan.

“The third charity – Brainstorm has affected my friend Mellessa Raymond which has given her first-hand knowledge of the trials and tribulations of brain tumours which is a major issue in Australia and receives very little funding from the Federal government. We need to raise awareness and also contribute to organisations that save lives every day. Brain cancer is the biggest killer of children in Australia.”
