Four Knights initiated at Earl  Bales Park in Toronto during the 154th Rizal Birthday Anniversary Celebration

Sir Bert Nanquil, KGCR was the guest speaker of Rizal Canada Region for the 154th Rizal Birthday celebration at Earl Bales Park, in Toronto. Sir Bert Nanquil, a Pro Patria Medal recipient, the highest Rizal Award, is a former Supreme Commander and Chairman of the Elders in Manila. He is still acting as the Chairman of the Elders. He came over to Toronto from the Philippines with his wife Lady Marilou C. Nanquil.

The Canadain Governmentled by Sir Joe Daniel, MPP, KCR, representative of Sir Patrick Brown, MPP, laid the wreath at Rizal Monument, followeed by the Area and Chapter commander in Gretaer Toronto Area, and the Ladies groups - Kababihang Rizalista, Ladies of the Knights of Rizal and Inspirations of Rizal. The wreath laying was followed by an indoor ceremony and dinner at Earl Bales Park Hall.
