Fun overload!   Party Center Horeca ‘T-kwadraat in Tilburg was filled to capacity by avid party goers ready to swing and sway.

Wearing their best party attire, guests flocked to the Samahang Pilipino Sa Holland’s  (SPH) Autumn Party 2nd edition held last November 23. Smiles and warm welcome greeted the visitors entering the dance hall.

A VIP treatment is given to every guest as they are ushered in into the ballroom. Once inside, the feeling of elation sets in …. let’s rock this tent!!!

Great ambience, great people, great music – perfect! The dancing never ceases, the dance floor is jumpacked, it’s an overload of fun!

(Top photos L-R): Guest singer lovely Hannah entertaining the enthusiastic party goers; receiving a lovely bouquet from SPH Annabella Verweerd and Harley Lopez.

Gorgeous HannahGrace Saplad was the evening’s special guest. A former Mrs. Philippines-Netherlands, she is a singer as well as a song-writer. She sang two of her own compositions, topping it up with her own rendition of the famous Mariah Carey song “All I Want For Christmas is You” wherein everybody in the hall joined in. It was a great performance.

Spicing up every SPH party is the tombola with great prices. There was a weekend for two in Vlieland including the boat trip, cash prizes, grocery items, ladies desire like a bag, a nice pair of shoes and a whole lot more – tense and very exciting moments.

A wonderful sight to behold – people dancing to the beat of the music from all corners of the hall;  some were busy catching up with the latest chit-chat while resting; some were  indulged in this rare moment of  buying Filipino take-home food as well as Pinoy dry goods; ladies with plastic bags full of goodies hanging from their hands taking advice and making purchases at the skin care products; while others, mostly the men preferred to stay at the bar watching the women enjoy.

It is happiness rolled into one!

The dancefloor is electrifying! Guests from all over Netherland came to support this fund-raising Autumn Party with a plan to dance all night long, and so they did. And when a line-dance music is played – everybody hits the dancefloor and all of a sudden they are dancing in exactly the same steps! It is like one big dance group! Incredible.

(Top bottom photo left) DJ Frank and assistant Mina Boter provided the music…. the dancing never ends….

It was another very successful SPH fund-raising party. The lovely pictorials speaks for itself. And this joyful merry making is for a good cause - for the benefit of our less fortunate children back home and their delapidated schools.

This time, SPH proceeds will be used to provide the children of Libagon Elementary School in Mindoro with their basic school needs and repair the roof top of their beloved school. The childrens’ dream of not getting wet inside their classrooms when the rain pours will now come true.

Help is on the way…..

This party is dedicated to Libagon Elementary School of Sablayan Mindoro in the Philippines.

SAMAHANG PILIPINO SA HOLLAND (SPH) would like to thank each and everyone who helped, supported, joined and enjoyed that night….

THANK YOU FOR BELIEVING IN OUR CAUSE –

“The smallest act of KINDNESS is worth more than the grandest intention”              ….GOD BLESS YOU ALL….
