Mrs Earth Australia in COVID19 Support Action

The food drive with cash and goods’ distribution was supported by the reigning Miss Earth Australia 2019 Susana Danielle Downes (focuses above) and her Charity Queen, Brittany Dickson (behind)


Sydney: Mrs Earth Australia and their national finalists’ team successfully led a food drive last 05 July at South Sydney’s Discovery Point Park of Wolli Creek to support our COVID-19 pandemic impacted Pinoy and multicultural international students who have had little government support during the crisis.

This Food Drive was truly made possible through our partnership of the following:

1.Association of Pinoy Students in Australia - APSA headed by its President Vida Aquino Fernandez

2. Panlasang Pinoy Restaurant in    Kogarah 

3. Adhika Inc. (Filipino-Australian broadcasting media) through its President, Pines Josie Musa

The Mrs Earth Australia Team were lead by:

They were joined by some of the Mrs Earth Australia 2020’s National Finalists who also donated generously for the Food Drive.

Furthermore, they were supported by the reigning Miss Earth Australia 2019 Susana Danielle Downes and her Charity Queen, Brittany Dickson and Marc Baylon, Managing Director Mrs Earth Australia.

Over $2,050 in cash and winter clothes were distributed in just a couple of hours alongwith their giveaway grocery food packs to 41 Pinoy & multicultural international students.

How to Keep Yourself and Others Well - FREE BOOKLETS were also handed to all international students courtesy of the Church of Scientology Sydney Volunteer Ministers who also sponsored its brochure printing.

These COVID-19 wellness and sanitation booklets were added to the grocery packs handed from Panlasang Pinoy Restaurant and the Association of Pinoy Students in Australia (APSA)
