TORONTO, Ontario, Canada - Volunteers led by Father Ben Ebcas, Senator Tobias Enverga, and other Filipino community leaders and organizations, pack boxes of canned food, clothing, blankets and other supplies, to be sent to the Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) victims in the Philippines, at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, the home base of the Filipino Catholic Mission - Archdiocese of Toronto, located at 2565 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario.
Donations, in cash and in kind, continue to be accepted at the Church.
In the meantime, LBC - Hari ng Padala headed by its' Canada Country Head Rafael (Raffy) Policarpio, is requesting the members of the Filipino-Canadian community to send their donations free of charge through the LBC office in Toronto in order that they will be assisted by the LBC Foundation in Pasay City, Philippines.
