MANILA, Philippines – In celebration of the 21^st founding anniversary of the Symmetry Global/Xyngular Philippine Region, the Management and its Team Staff hosted this year’s annual recognition and  awards events.


The annual celebrations was launched to give due recognitions to the  leaders, managers and  distributors  whose exemplary performances contributed to the overwhelming success and business growth of the health and wellness nutraceutical and  nutritional products in the Philippines.

The event was successfully attended by more than 1,000 guests and distributors from as far as Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Riyadh and neighboring Gulf Estates from the Middle East, Canada and the U.S. The event was recently held at the Novotel Manila, Araneta Center, Quezon City.

Two of the distinguished personalities with outstanding  records and  reputable credentials in the field of global multi level networking business in the U.S., who graciously attended and make it to the event,  besides their busy  schedules.  

Invited Special Guests and  Business Resource Speakers during the annual  celebrations  were spearheaded by Xyngular, CEO Mr. Russ Fletcher who discuss the  importance of the “Power of Xyngular.” In his Newsletter message: “One of the things that I most enjoy is seeing people achieve greater results than  they themselves ever thought possible.  That typically comes from building a team which is always stronger than the sum of its parts. Xyngular has a great team.”Russ stated. 

Xyngular President Mr. Marc Walker, reiterated  and discuss in his speech the essence of  - “Passport Program Overview” and “Build Your Business Correctly and Become More”. Pres. Walker also  shared his experience throughout his career how to help individuals discover and unleash their potentials:  “I absolutely love helping people grow. Whether it be growing an organization or helping them to increase their income, nothing beats the amazements in someone’s eyes when they begin to make more in  single month than they made in a year at their regular job!” Walker quoted  as saying in his Newsletter message.  

The annual event was also graced by a pioneering  Lady advocate and promoter of successful global multi-level networking in the Philippines and the Middle East, no other than Xyngular Executive Distributor, Ms. Josie Medina, who was accompanied by  her  husband, Mr. Joe Medina.

In the culminating part of the program, she talked about her  challenging business experience with her topic “How I Grow My Business”.  With her years of experience growing a successful business she has wise advise for other independent Distributors  trying to build a thriving business of their own: - “While building the business, I came across obstacles that could have discouraged me into quitting but I put on blinders and focused on my goals. It is imperative to stay focused on what is important and not allow to destract you from achieving your goals, Medina  in her quoted statement  featured in the Nov. 2017 Issue of the Xyngular MOMENTUM Magazine all Builders Qualifiers.


BEGINNINGS AND FOUNDATION OF SYMMETRY

Symmetry is a Texas-based international marketing company in the direct sales industry that specializes in nutraceutical and nutritional supplements. Symmetry was founded by  an American business entrepreneur Mr. Rudy Revak, who had successfully established and founded  his company in Austin, Texas sometime in 1995.

FOUNDING OF XYNGULAR
Sometime in 2009, Mr. Rudy Revak, in his effort to revitalize and give impetus to the growing nutraceuticals and nutritionals market needs, he founded XYNGULAR with the purpose of building a company based on family values.

THE ACQUISITION AND MERGING OF -
XYNGULAR &  SYMMETRY GLOBAL

With the merging and acquisition of Symmetry, these two great Companies - Symmetry and  Xyngular – Xyngular saw its   strategic presence in the Asia-Pacific arena—specifically, the Philippines and the Caribbean market through an already established company- the Symmetry. Xyngular CEO Russ Fletcher: “We believe the combination of their field and their product line were a good matching set with what we are trying to do  International expansion has always been on our radar, but we were in no hurry,” Fletcher said. “We’ve always said we wanted to go into international expansion from a position of strength, and this gives us a chance to build our strength with a company – the Symmetry -  that already has a proven track record in the Philippine market,” Fletcher was quoted as saying recently in the  May, 2017 issue of the  US Direct Selling  News.

Xyngular, after its successful foundation in 2009,  posted  a total revenue of $59 million in 2016. The company’s first products supported weight loss, but have expanded to offer complete nutritional support. Under the joint marketing partnership - Symmetry/Xyngular  current product line includes nutraceutical solutions Cardio 5000, JuveBrew and Mega Juice as well as nutritional solutions Botana C, Nutramax and Ultra Vitality Crystals. In addition, Symmetry offers weight management and herbal solutions and  Xyngular’s  top seller products Global Blend and Prime for men and Shine for women.  Last month, Xyngular was named one of the “best places to work in 2017,” according to Direct Selling News in the U.S.

Symmetry distributors will now become part of Xyngular’s salesforce, which is currently comprised of more than 33,000 distributors in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. Symmetry’s executive team members, including CEO Brandon Langer, are pursuing other interests, the news added.

Symmetry, to date has more than 19 Offices worldwide and has a total of 25 product markets locations without Offices. Symmetry products cannot be found in any supermarkets, drugstores, malls, or other marketing markets outlets, except exclusively only from business partners – the authorized persons or distributors who are the direct  product sellers. Symmetry is a member of the Direct Sellers Association of the Philippines.

EVENTS HIGHLIGHTS

This year’s annual  celebration were highlighted by the opening of the events venue held at  the Banquet Hall of Novotel Araneta Center, Quezon City at 2:30 p.m. followed by the opening of the Program proper at 3:00 p.m.  After the Opening, a Red Carpet Walk welcoming this year’s distinguished Guest of Honor and Speakers, Executives, Managers and Distributors and Guests followed by a solemn video Invocation and then the Philippine National Anthem.

At 3:10 – 3:15 p.m. - a “Welcome to Celebration 2017: Becoming a Xyngular” video presentations  was played followed by Announcement of the Significance of the Event by Ms. Beth Anana, Symmetry-Xyngular Philippines General Manager at 3:15 – 3:25 p.m.; 3:25 – 3:45 p.m. Xyngular CEO Russ Fletcher  in his speech discussed the “Power of Xyngular.”; “Recognition: Rank Advancement” at 3:45 – 4:00 p.m. “Sponsoring” discussed by Ms. Katherine Magsino followed by “Building Wide” by Ms. Marylou Catibog at 4:10 – 4:20; Xyngular President Marc Walker emphasized the essence of “Passport Program Overview” at 4:20 – 4:25 p.m.; “Recognition: Sundance: Director Invitational” at 4:25 – 4:30 p.m.; Interesting part of the program is the “Cash Event Award” at 4:30 – 4:40 p.m. followed by “How I Grow My Business” by Ms. Josie Medina at 4:40 – 4:50 p.m.; “Recognition: Business Builder Award” at 4:50 -5:05 p.m.; “Raffle Draw” was another exciting part with lucky winners received gift products from Symmetry Global - Xyngular held from 5:05 – 5:15 p.m.; As time breaker – a special entertainment  Dance Number was held  from 5:15 – 5:20 p.m.; Pres. Marc Walker discussed and shared his experienced and expertise on how to “Build Your Business Correctly and Become More” at 5:20 – 5:40 p.m.

The program officially closed at 5:40 – 5:45 p.m. At the Closing ceremonies an instructions and special announcements on the succeeding Symmetry/Xyngular events was held then followed by a simple Cocktails, Networking and Dance Party.

He has written and contributed news and sports articles as a  Contributing Freelance Writer/Photojournalist in the Saudi Gazette and Arab News, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and  in the Arab News’ weekly supplement Pinoy Xtra. He has been also accredited as Columnist and a Contributing Wriiter/Photojournalist at the PJI People’s Bagong Taliba International Edition from (1998 to 2012). He had been a Contributing Writer/Photojournalist at the Philippine daily broadsheet newspapers Manila Times and Manila Bulletin.

He is currently News Correspondent and Contributing Writer/Photojournalist in the Munting Nayon International News Magazine, the Netherlands, Europe.
He has been elected President of the Computer Society of Filipinos International, Inc. (COMSOFIL)in 2012-2013.  He is currently one of the Board of Trustees of the COMSOFIL (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
He  was elected as Assistant Vice-President for Education in  2012. He had been a Volunteer  Professional Photographer Instructor in Basic Digital Photography Cluster Courses  in 2009 and 2013 at the COMSOFIL-CENTRAL, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The author graduated  with  a Bachelor’s  Degree  majored in English at the Adamson University, Manila in 1983.

He became a Senior Marketing Manager and one of the Team Leader and Technical Support Staff at the Symmetry Global Genesis Saudi Arabia RBO in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (2009 – 2013). He is currently an active  member of the Symmetry Global/Xyngular Philippine Region.
