Organized by PTAC vice-presidents Maricon Bernasor & Cielito Drapeza and other senior officers, the joyous event was led by President Rose Apilado and her husband, director Arthur Apilado. In attendance also were the special guests, family members, friends and colleagues of registered members of the 11-year old social-professional organization...the samahan ng mga gurong Filipino.
